Working Out

We live in a society with a weight problem. We see it everywhere we go. I used to think that people were fat, lazy and down right tired. How wrong and how right at the same time.

It is not the exercise that makes us look or feel good. The truth is it is the food we eat. If you think that putting that butter or bacon on your breakfast is a bad thing think again. What makes us fat, lazy and tired are tv too much exercise, flour and sugar.


Just to test this, I was already 170lbs and looking good, so I decided to try low carbohydrate diet. In just 3 weeks and 2 days of working out a week  I lost  15lbs. Easy money. I feel better have more energy than anytime in my life. I also put butter, coconut oil and mct oil in my coffee and now I have a six pack with no sit ups.


 We are sold out by the exercise and food companies. They do not care about the health and wellness of  the people. They are just like any other corporation putting smiles on their products when actually should be putting warnings on them.
